300 Posts, 30 Years, 3 Days

For the 100th and 200th posts on this blog, I did some fun "get to know you" things. But this 300th post snuck up on me. I watched it go from 290 to 291 and all of a sudden (you know how these things go), I'm at 299.

But I realize that the number three is really a theme this weekend. Today is my 300th blog post. Today we begin to celebrate Kent's 30th birthday by leaving for . . . 3 days in Boston!

I'm very, very excited. Ready to pamper my husband after looong months of working so hard at the golf course (he works there, people, I'm not suggesting that playing golf is hard work). Ready to see friends in Boston we haven't seen in years. Ready to walk the Freedom trail, eat pizza at Regina's, and get some leaf cookies at Mike's. All with my amazing husband whom I love very, very much.

So happy 300th post, my little blog. Happy 30th birthday, my favorite one (in 19 days). Happy road trip day. :-) And thanks very much for reading along.
