My mom got me a pair of shoes I wanted for my birthday. But when I put them on, I just wasn't sure.
See, I have this guilt complex. I probably have two dozen pairs of shoes. So why should I add another pair?
The answer: because I'm shallow and they're cute:

As you can see, the posts for this blog have become. Well. Dull.
I can't seem to snap out of this unintelligible funk I've been in lately. I'll blame it on the paint fumes, but perhaps I just need a change of scenery. I'm thinking about starting over with the blog. Just scrapping this one and starting fresh. Maybe I'd even ask some web-savvy person to help me.

If the shoes feel good then keep them! I am learning that is more important then looks.
